Blue Room inside the Cairns Community Center, 58 Orchard St. 32' x 22', seats 30 comfortably, 65" TV. SECURITY DEPOSIT: $200, returned via U.S. Mail provided there are no damages. Alterations to the structure or excessive site clean-up will be charged for clean-up and repairs. CLEANING FEE: $50, charged only if food is consumed during the rental.
