Green Room

Green Room inside the Cairns Community Center, 58 Orchard St. 36' x 21', seats 40 comfortably; 65" TV, two sinks, counter space, whiteboard, and a divider to split the room. SECURITY DEPOSIT: $200, returned via U.S. Mail provided there are no damages. Alterations to the structure or excessive site clean-up will be charged for clean-up and repairs. CLEANING FEE: $50, charged only if food is consumed during the rental.
