Small gym at 58 S Wilson Blvd, Mount Clemens with two 10' basketball rims, a kitchen, and bathrooms. Seats 75 for events. SECURITY DEPOSIT: $200, returned via U.S. Mail provided there are no damages. Alterations to the structure or excessive site clean-up will be charged for clean-up and repairs. CLEANING FEE: $75, charged only if food is consumed during the rental.
